Different messages were displayed for first time users reminding them of this special offer. Returning users would get a reminder of the special benefit they now had. Various graphics were created to remind the user of their status including the checkout and profile page.
On the Roku app, different pop-up messages and banners were created to show the user their special status. Every time they rented a movie, the user would receive a thank you message for being member.
Once a Golden Circle member, the user would get a golden banner at the top of their regular emails from ROW8 to remind them of the benefit they now had.
